Your information and e-mail address will be kept confidential. Discount FloorMat Store does not monitor visitors' activity via cookies or other intrusive techniques. The only information gathered is that necessary to process orders.
Colors vary depending on monitor calibration and color settings. For color critical applications, please contact us for a sample.
Order Cancellations & Returns:
Buyer must first contact the seller at 888-432-2657. All order cancellations, returns, and refunds must first be approved by the seller and a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) supplied. Special ordered items, "made to order" items adhesives and select matting colors/sizes, may not be returned or canceled once the order is entered. All refunds for returned items are subject to inspection and must be in new unused condition. No refunds will be allowed for shipping and handling cost. A 40% ($50.00 Minimum) restocking charge will be charged to all refunds with an RGA#. Additional terms and conditions may apply as dictated by the manufacture of the product ordered and will be made available upon request.
Please note that all wall protection products and almost all matting products are considered non-returnable. For color critical applications, it is highly recommended to contact us for free samples. Please call or email us at 330-650-5561 or email@example.com with any questions regarding the returnability of a mat or to obtain samples. We cannot make exceptions for returns or exchanges unless due to manufacturer defect.
Unless stated otherwise, installation hardware and adhesives are not supplied and are the responsibility of the buyer. Appropriate adhesives can be purchased via FloorMat Store.
Minimum Order Size:
Some products have a minimum order size requirement. If a minimum order requirement applies to your order, we will inform you of this requirement prior to processing your order. We represent many manufactures and not all their policies are alike.
All prices are exclusive of all federal, state, and local withholding, excise, sales, use and similar taxes, fees or charges imposed by any governing authority. The Buyer is responsible for payment of any such obligation. Items sold and delivered into Ohio will be charged an appropriate state sales tax based on the county the materials are delivered to unless the buyer supplies with the order a proper and completed Ohio Sales Tax Exemption form with the order entry.
Payment Methods Accepted:
We will accept as method of payment: Cash, Master Card, Visa, Check. Credit terms are subject to prior credit approval. All Discounted prices are strictly contingent on prompt payment of invoice. Past Due accounts will void extended discounts and you will be obligated to pay the full list price. Retainers or other forms of escrow are not permitted and will void all discounts extended. Invoices that are not paid in full or in part within terms will be past due, will be charged an interest rate of 1-1/2% per month on the unpaid balance and will void extended discounts. Back charges incurred for any reason will not be accepted unless previously agreed in writing by the seller. All Credit card orders will be confirmed by phone prior to order entry.
Contract/Purchase Order Administration:
The FloorMat Store considers itself to be a "Materials Suppliers" only. We cannot accept contracts or purchase orders that require us to comply with Prime Contracts, Pay applications, Bonding, Certificates of Insurance, or terms that are outside the scope and intent of our terms provided within.
Shipment, Delivery and Acceptance:
A) Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Seller, deliveries shall be made FOB shipping point(s) (F.O.B. Factory for Drop Ships), freight charges prepaid and added or third party billed. The Seller is not responsible for inside delivery charges, re-delivery charges, extra charges for "Notification of Arrival", or any other special or extraordinary delivery charges. Regardless of the method of delivery, risk of loss for the products shall pass to the buyer on the date the products are delivered to a Common Carrier at the shipping point. We have no responsibility for loss or damage to the products after we have delivered them to a Common Carrier.
B) It is important that the person receiving this order carefully inspect the delivery for condition and accuracy of count at time of delivery. Mark any shortages or damage on the receiving papers and contact the seller immediately to report freight problems at 888-432-2657. If not handled in this manner, the carrier and/or manufacturer may take the position that "the shortage or damage occurred after delivery" and your claim may be denied.
C) Since actual order quantities, freight rates or freight carriers may differ from original quotation estimates; actual freight charges added to an invoice at time of shipment can be different from initial estimates. Seller does not consider freight rate estimates firm to date of shipment. Unless otherwise noted in a quotation, quoted freight rates are based on one (1) shipment of all ordered material to one (1) destination. Multiple shipments at Buyers request will incur additional freight charges.

For a limited time, free shipping is offered on website orders over $200 in materials, shipping from one location to one location within the 48 contiguous United States, for all materials order-able through FloorMat-Store.com. The Seller is not responsible for inside delivery charges, re-delivery charges, extra charges for "Notification of Arrival", address corrections, special truck deliveries for locations unable to receive deliveries made by full size semi trucks, or any other special or extraordinary delivery charges. These additional charges will be charged to the given credit card upon receiving an invoice by the shipping company. The customer will receive an email receipt should this happen. All online orders will be considered approved by the customer with the information given at time of placing the order online, please verify ship to location, contact information and product information prior to completing order placement.
Free shipping is not offered for anything outside of the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is also not available for 8' corner guards and 12' wall guards shipping into New York City. Free shipping is not available for items not set up for purchase through our website. - A Buyer's order for any product offered for sale by the FloorMat Store, its authorized representatives and distributors (collectively, the "Sellers"), shall constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Seller, any Terms and Conditions in addition to, different from or inconsistent with, those stated herein that may be proposed by the Buyer are herein objected to and rejected.
- Orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States placed prior to inquiring for a shipping quote will receive an order confirmation form by email with the shipping cost added. Please email or fax the signed confirmation form back to complete the ordering process. If you are unable to send back a digitally signed copy of the form, you can call to give your verbal authorization to process the order.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to inquire by phone, email or website inquiry form, about shipping costs and availability for an order. By neglecting to do so and placing an order, the buyer accepts to pay the cost of shipping as added to the order after processing.
- Please contact customer service immediately after receiving your receipt to make changes or cancellations. Changes or cancellations after shipment will incur additional fees, in example of but not limited to; returned shipping costs, additional shipping costs, restocking fees, cancellation charges and additional minimum order charges for dropping below minimums.
- All orders are considered accepted only in Ohio. No order shall be binding upon the Seller until the Seller sends to the Buyer confirmation of its acceptance of such order.
